What do the 'To Let' boards look like?

They are professionally designed and constructed industry standard 'To Let' boards, used by most letting agents. We are confident that you will be delighted with our To Let boards as they are custom made and each board is digitally printed.

Who will be erecting the boards?

We have teamed up with one of the largest board management companies in the country. Once we receive payment we will direct our local operative to erect the board at the address given by you. This is all included in the price.

I don't want my personal number displayed on the board, what option do I have?

What is your Returns Policy?

Each 'To Let' board is individually customised to order so a replacement will not be given in the event of damage. If it the case that a To Let Board displays incorrect information, a replacement board will be sent out. Please view our buy-a-board terms for full details.

Are there any laws and regulations regarding the display of my To Let board?

Yes, To Let boards, signs and agent boards are covered under the local authority planning regulations. Our local board operatives are aware of these laws and are trained to ISO 9001 standards of quality. They carry £5 million Public Liability insurance.
