Its a facility for you to find a trader in your area. We wanted to offer our users somewhere they could find traders that could be trusted and that may have been recommended by other users. We wanted to find a set of traders within a host of trades that were reliable and good value for money for our users. The idea is that you tell each other who is good and who is bad.

Back to topFirst of all you have to registered to leave feedback on the traders. This way we can manage the feedback better. Once registered, you can go into your account and leave feedback. If its bad feedback we will monitor it and decide whether to take further action. If necessary we will remove the trader.

It some cases the customer and trader will be contacted before a decision is made.
