We have one room available in a lovely house for 3 in Forest Fields The walking time to the city centre from Forest Fields is about 15 mins or there are loads of buses if you prefer.

The rent is £230 per calendar month. The charge cover rent, water rates, gas, electricity and council tax and also WiFi.

We ask for one months rent as deposit, but do not ask for any extra administration fees. Our minimum letting period is six months the house is for professional people

The furnishings in the room consist of double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, bookshelves, bedside lights etc. There is a yard at the back of the house . There is loads of space for parking on the street and the house is near to a variety of shops

Tenants share the living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc so all you would need is your own plates etc.

There are burglar alarm and smoke alarm systems as well as gas safety certificates and security lights at the back of the buildings

As landlords, we make sure our houses are well maintained and furnished and if anything does go wrong with any of the equipment, we fix it immediately. We manage the houses ourselves so you speak directly to us rather than having to go through an agent which always delays things. We have a rolling programme of improvements so the houses are never left to deteriorate but kept in good order throughout. For example, we have just installed a new kitchen in this Forest Fields house.
